Notice is hereby given that the Department of Public Works of the City of Hermosa Beach will receive statements of qualification for:

SCOPE: On-call services are required for various projects at various City facilities that may include municipal buildings, and other structures. Services are expected to cover a range of small, medium, and large studies, conceptual designs, final designs, conditions investigations, coordination processes and technical support. Services are intended for the effective delivery of projects or other issues to come before the Public Works Department. This RFQ for On-Call Professional Architectural Services is focused largely but not exclusively on “vertical work”.

Statements of qualification must be submitted as PDF via the PlanetBids Portal (pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/51313/portal-home) and will be received until 3:00 p.m. PST, , , 2025.

Statements of qualification will not be opened at that time but will be submitted to the Public Works Department for verification and compliance with specifications and subsequent recommendation to City Council for award of a contract or rejection of the responses, as deemed appropriate. The City reserves the right to make no award.
