Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the "BID No. 9 -ROCK SALT" will be received by the Bid Committee ofthe Township ofHanover, County of M01Tis, State ofNew Jersey, at a meeting to be held on August 25, 2026, AT 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, at the Township of Hanover's Municipal Campus, Main Public Meeting Room, 1000 Route 10, Whippany, NJ (at the intersection of North Jefferson Road and Route 10 westbound) in said Township. BIDS DELIVERED BY MAIL OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DELIVERY {FOR EXAMPLE, FED EX, UPS, etc. WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE HOUR STATED ABOVE. Scaled bids will be received for the following: services and materials, which arc to be supplied during the contract period beginning November 1, 2026, and ending October 31, 2027. BID No. 9-ROCKSALT Furnishing and delivering approximately 4,000 tons of Rock Salt (bulk) to the Municipal Public Works Garage, 25 North Jefferson Road, Whippany, New Jersey as and when required. Deliveries must be made within three (3) days upon receipt ofthe order place by the Township.
