NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract PRIMARY FOOD SUPPLIES AND CHEMICALS 26-072-DCC on or before September 28, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm receipt of its submission.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Care Center is seeking bidders to furnish and deliver food products, supplies, and chemicals to various County Campus locations. The County owns one (1) Dishmachine and currently leases one (1) Dishmachine with Ecolab and requires chemical supplies from Ecolab.
