The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is requesting Proposals for Feasibility Study Community Land Trust . Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 18, 2026 . Late Proposals will not be accepted.

Project work includes a comprehensive feasibility study that evaluates the appropriateness, effectiveness, and practicality of establishing a Community Land Trust to serve residential and commercial properties within the County.
