The Work includes the following major items: a) Removal of existing culvert consisting of four 72” corrugated metal pipes. b) Construction of new culvert consisting of three 96” reinforced concrete pipes. c) Construction of upstream and downstream headwalls at the culvert. d) Installation of riprap inflow and outlet protection at the culvert. e) Full depth pavement reconstruction and mill and overlay on McKendree Road. f) Maintenance of traffic including a detour on McKendree Road. g) Erosion and sediment control including maintenance of stream flow.
