INVITATION FOR BIDS
Project Title: GA Apron and Taxiway C – Coolidge Municipal Airport
FAA IIJA-AIG Project No. 3-04-0011-019-2025
FAA AIP Project No. 3-04-001-020-2025

The City of Coolidge invites sealed bids for the construction of a new general aviation apron and taxiways (C, C1, C2, and C3) at the Coolidge Municipal Airport. This federally funded project is subject to all applicable FAA, ADOT, and federal contract requirements.

Sealed Bids must be delivered by June 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM (Arizona Time). At that time, they will be opened and read aloud. Late bids, bids with insufficient postage, and bids not signed in the appropriate place in the Bidder’s Offer section, will not be considered under any circumstances.
