Project Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for the above entitled project. The firm(s) selected as a result of this RFQ will be expected to work under the direction of the Director of Legislation and Public Affairs for MTC, on behalf of MTC’s state legislative goals. In the case that MTC’s interests are joint MTC and ABAG interests, the state advocate(s) may be asked to provide services on behalf of both MTC and ABAG.
