Description: Scope of Work - Manhattan Housing Authority Date: 7/23/26 Project: Flint Hills Place Renovation – Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinetry, Countertops, and LVP Flooring Property Address: 1330-1348-1354 Flint Hills Place - Manhattan, KS, 66502 Overview This scope covers the removal and replacement of kitchen cabinets and countertops, replacement of bathroom vanities, and installation of new vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the entire downstairs area. Bathroom vanity upstairs is included in this project. MHA provides the LVP. *As an add-on to the proposal, we would also like to add patch and paint all walls and ceilings. Units are all one coat / color.
