Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A pre-bid conference will be held on site at 10:00 AM (local time), Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at the James House Apartments, 4310 St. Ferdinand, St. Louis, MO 63113. A visit to relevant project areas will follow the meeting to allow prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the existing conditions. Although attendance at the Pre-bid Conference is not mandatory, participation is strongly encouraged.

The anticipated performance period for this project is 180 calendar days.
