Contact InformationType Request for Proposals Status Issued Number 1359 (Planning, Resource Prioritization, and Budget Request Platform) Issue Date & Time 5/1/2026 07:00:00 AM (PT) Close Date & Time 5/22/2026 02:00:00 PM (PT) Notes The Sonoma County Junior College District ("District"), dba Santa Rosa Junior College ("SRJC") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a secure, scalable, cloud-hosted, web-based platform that supports the District’s planning and budget processes, including annual planning, multi-year planning, program/unit review, and institutional resource request workflows.Key event dates:Friday, May 1 and Friday, May 8, 2026 - RFP legal advertisement in the Press Democrat. Thursday, May 14, 2026 – All questions must be submitted via email to Buyer of Record, Jessica Lofgren at jlofgren@santarosa.edu no later than 5:00 PM (PDT). Reference RFP 1359 in the subject line. Friday, May 22, 2026 by 2:00 PM (PDT) - Proposal responses are due. All submissions must be submitted through the electronic bid software tool - no paper, emailed, or faxed responses will be accepted. Please note all items marked with a red * are required items. Late submissions will not be accepted. The electronic bid system times out at the deadline. Responses will be via the Attributes Tab and the Response Attachments Tab.

The District will be closed FRIDAYS from May 29, 2026 – July 31, 2026. Anti-Lobbying Provision:
All oral and written inquiries or statements regarding a potential contract with the District must be directed through the Sonoma County Junior College District’s Purchasing Department. Potential vendors to the District are hereby advised that lobbying any District staff, the District’s President, or any member or members of its Board of Trustees is not permitted and will result in disqualification as outlined below. Lobbying, in this section, is defined as any action taken by an individual, firm, associate, joint venture, partnership, syndicate, corporation, or any other individual or group of individuals who seek(s) to influence a governmental decision regarding the award of business in connection with a competitive solicitation. Lobbying by any vendor or potential vendor to the District, or any individual or group as defined above acting on behalf of a vendor or potential vendor to the District, regarding a current or impending solicitation advertised or to be advertised by the District, including Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ’s) and Invitation to Bid, will result in the rejection and disqualification of that vendor’s offer”.Notifications:Sonoma County Junior College District utilizes the college district website at https://srjc.ionwave.net/login.aspx and the Press Democrat http://www.pressdemocrat.com/ for notification of solicitation opportunities. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college District. Sonoma County Junior College District shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed.
