Description: Sealed bids in response to Invitation to Bid No. 26-01, OLAN THOMAS WAREHOUSE RENOVATIONS, will be received by the Purchasing Division (220 South Main Street; Newark, Delaware 19711) until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on January 20, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber shortly thereafter. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on December 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Olan Thomas Park Warehouse located at 144 E. Clevland Avenue, Newark, DE 19711.
