Bids received byemail transmission will not be considered for award. Bids shall be submitted on the forms furnishedherein. See instructions and conditions enclosed.IMPORTANT: Work associated with this ITB is funded in part by funds from the Federal TransitAdministration (FTA) an operating administration of the United States Department of Transportationand ARRC.
