Notes	Intent: It is the intent of these specifications to secure professional services to supply and produce a fully choreographed and drone show for the City of Irving's Independence Day celebration. A ny questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the respo nses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically.
