MANUAL SUBMITTALS

Bid to start opening promptly at 4:00 pm. Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.

Vendors shall be responsible for checking the web periodically to make sure they download the proper Addendums, etc.

NO EMAILED OR FAXED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR MANUAL SUBMITTALS. Must be in a sealed envelope and mailed/delivered to the Purchasing Department on or before the closing date/time.

Vendors can also access the link below to register for the district's online bidding system IONWAVE. Once registered, you can go to the main dashboard, click on current bids and view the proposals that are available. Vendors will not be able to submit a proposal through the online bidding system if they do not register.
