Overview
Escambia County, Florida Community Transportation Coordinator A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 26, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, in the Emerald Coast Regional Council conference room located at 418 East Gregory Street, Suite 100, Pensacola, FL 32502, to answer questions about the RFP. Agencies and firm represented will have an opportunity to clarify any information contained in the request for proposals at the pre-proposal conference. *Virtual/Call-in option available with minimum 24 hours prior notice through the above point of contact (POC). Interested entities must submit four (4) hard copies (including one original) and one (1) electronic copy (electronic copy can be presented on a CD or thumb drive and can be in a Word and/or PDF format) of their proposal in a sealed envelope to the Emerald Coast Regional Council, PO Box 11399, Pensacola, FL 32524, by 3:00 p.m., central time on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
