The Board of County Commissioners of Lake County, Colorado, by and through it's Elected Officials or Employees (collectively referred to herein as, Lake County), is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to finance, design, build, manage, and operate aircraft hangars at the Leadville - Lake County Airport ("Airport"), in Leadville, Colorado. The County intends to lease Airport land to the selected proposer(s) under the County's Standard Airport Ground Lease Agreement and related Airport guiding documents. Proposed development must be for aeronautical use and must align with the Airport Master Plan, Strategic Plan, Minimum Standards and other applicable guiding documents.
