Description: The Carmichael Water District (District) is currently preparing design plans utilizing a progressive design-build contractor for the completion of topside production well facilities for the District’s Winding Way and Ladera well sites. Design for construction pricing is nearly complete and the District intends to begin construction activity as soon as possible after pricing is completed. The District is now seeking proposals from qualified firms for construction management services. Winding Way and Ladera Wells Progressive Design Build Project Summary and Estimate

The Carmichael Water District (District) is currently preparing design plans utilizing a progressive

design-build contractor for the completion of topside production well facilities for the District’s

Winding Way and Ladera well sites. Design for construction pricing is nearly complete and the
