Notice is hereby given that the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission designates

March 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM as the time when sealed bids will be received at their offices

located at 600 Wilson Ave, Newark, NJ for:

B484A, FURNISH AND DELIVER SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES TO THE

PVSC WAREHOUSE FOR A ONE (1) YEAR PERIOD

(NORTH JERSEY WASTEWATER COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM)

B490, PROVIDE LABOR AND MATERIAL TO RECONDITION AIR COMPRESSOR

VALVES AND UNLOADERS FOR A TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD

B491, FURNISH AND DELIVER VARIOUS FILTERS TO THE PVSC WAREHOUSE

FOR A ONE (1) YEAR PERIOD

(NORTH JERSEY WASTEWATER COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM)

B492, FURNISH AND DELIVER LUBRICANTS TO THE PVSC WAREHOUSE FOR

A ONE (1) YEAR PERIOD

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C 127. (N.J.A.C.

17:27) FORMS OF Contract Specifications together with blank forms of proposals may be

obtained from the Purchasing Department located in the Administration Building at 600

Wilson Ave. Newark, NJ.
