Description: LEGAL NOTICE RFP 25-2006 PROPERTY LEASE FOR TELECOMMUNICATION TOWER AND FACILITIES The Town of Concord is inviting proposals from a qualified firm or firms to enter into a lease for the installation and operation of a telecommunications tower and related equipment for wireless telecommunications services on approximately 10,000 square foot portion of the Town-owned property located on 755 Walden Street, Concord, Massachusetts. An optional site visit will be held on November 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
