NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are invited by the City of Stockton,

California, for specifications for PUR 26-021 LOUIS PARK BOAT LAUNCH PROJECT

– PHASE TWO in strict accordance with the specifications.

The City of Stockton, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, is inviting sealed bids (IFB)

from companies or individuals to provide engineering and construction services to

improve the launch area of the Louis Park Boat Launch Facility. The project is fully

funded by the Department of Boating and Waterways, which has issued the City a grant

to improve the launch and include non-motorized components to the facility.

Bid specifications and forms can be obtained from the City of Stockton’s website at

www.stocktonca.gov/eddbid. Bids must be marked “PUR 26-021 LOUIS PARK BOAT

LAUNCH PROJECT – PHASE TWO March 12, 2026 BID” and delivered (mail or in-

person) in a sealed envelope or a USB drive to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall,

425 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202, up to but not later than 2:00 pm

(PST) on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Each Bidder must be licensed in accordance with

applicable California State Law.

A non-mandatory job walk will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:00 am (PST)

promptly at 3121 Monte Diablo Ave, Stockton, CA 95203. Late arrivals will not be

admitted.

The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received.
