INVITATION FOR BID

2026 FLEET EQUIPMENT

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified vendors to provide fleet

vehicle and equipment to include the following:

• 2026 (1) Each 6X4 4,000 Gallon Water Truck

• 2026 (2) Each 4X2 Dump Truck with Galion Body

• 2026 (1) Each AWD Four (4) Quad Track Sno-Cat

• 2026 (1) Each 6X6 Motor Grader

• 2026 (1) Each 4X4 Backhoe Loader

• 2026 (1) Each Brush Chipper

• 2026 (2) Each Walk-in Hotstick Trailer

Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Agent by email at

andreah@ntua.com or at the NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort

Defiance, Arizona.

Each bid response shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “DO NOT OPEN –

2026 Fleet Equipment” and received by January 28, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m. (MST). No late,

facsimiled, or electronic mailed bids will be accepted.

Preference will be applied in accordance with the Navajo Business and Procurement Act (12

N.N.C. § 1501 et seq.); the Navajo Nation Procurement Act (12 N.N.C. § 301 et seq.); the Navajo

Nation Business Opportunity Act (5 N.N.C. § 201 et seq.) and other applicable statutory and

regulatory requirements. Proposers must submit evidence of their Preference Priority Certification
