The City of Calgary is issuing this Request for Standing Offer for the purpose of seeking qualified consulting firms to conduct internal and external research activities on a variety of topics on an as-needed, project by project basis.

The Selected Respondents are required to have expertise and experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Firms that do not have expertise and experience in one of qualitative or quantitative research are welcome to sub-contract to or partner with another firm to meet the requirements of this RFSO.
