Description: The Village of Los Lunas (Village) is requesting competitive sealed qualifications-based proposals for professional engineering design services in response to RFP VVL-2026-0-000, Los Lunas Boulevard Utility Extension. The selected consultant will design buried utilities within the Los Lunas Boulevard right-of-way from east of Edeal Road to NM 47. This project will connect utilities currently under construction as part of Phase I of Los Lunas Boulevard, which extends from I-25 across the Rio Grande to Edeal Road, and will provide infrastructure necessary to support future Phase II roadway improvements. Services shall include study and report phase, preliminary design, and final design.
