Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“City”) invites you to this Request for Proposal for the Kansas City Streetcar Before and After Study. The purpose of the Onboard Survey Data Collection and Methodology scope of work is to meet the Before and After Study requirements for the Kansas City (KC) Streetcar Main Street Extension (Project), by identifying Transit service levels and Ridership.
