Form Details (Abstract): Auction 71577 Status Active Abstract Negotiation Number 71577 Negotiation Type Auction Title Bulk Topsoil Description Please access the solicitation documents in OpenGov, and the bid submission and questions to this solicitation MUST be submitted via OpenGov: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater/projects/177803 It is the intent of WSSC Water to obtain a Contractor who will furnish, deliver, and unload Topsoil to various jobsites and warehouse locations within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, Maryland. The Topsoil shall be used for purposes which includes, but is not limited to, restoring areas where sod, seed, plants, or trees will be placed. Sites may include public and private property and the required quality of the topsoil must be maintained. Topsoil provided under this contract shall be dry as described in the material specification. The Contractor must take the necessary steps to ensure that acceptable material is provided regardless of weather conditions.
