Description: CITY OF PASCO – ATTENTION CONTRACTORS INVITATION TO BID Schlagel Park Stormwater Main Replacement Project No. 23497 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Schlagel Park Stormwater Main Replacement P roject. This project provides for the replacement of approximately 625 lineal feet of 48” diameter stormwater pipe, restore and repave existing asphalt access road, restripe existing parking lot, landscaping and irrigation, and provide traffic control during construction.  All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Municipal Construction. This contract has sixty (60) working days to complete the work. Bidders may obtain bid documents, including plans and specifications, at the City of Pasco’s Plan Room, beginning Wednesday, August 20, 2025 .  Bidders may obtain digital files at no cost.  Printed documents are available, at bidders’ expense, by choosing the “Order” option. The bidding shall be done through City of Pasco’s Plan Room secure network/platform: https://www.cityofpascoplanroom.com/jobs/public . Bids shall be submitted electronically via City of Pasco’s Plan Room and shall be accepted up to the hour of 2:00PM PDT on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 . The Contractor will not be charged a fee to submit a bid. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud , in the council at the subsequent time of 2:00PM PDT on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
