Description: The Barrancas Avenue Right-of-Way has proven to be prone to flooding, and as a contributing basin to Bayou Chico, water treatment is necessary for the stormwater collected in this area. This project addresses the stormwater by channeling it off of the roadway and from the gutters into a series of bioretention treatment swales along the roadway, 5 in total of varying sizes.
