The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for On Call Concrete and Retainer Walls (Three (3) Year Multiyear Contract) . Project work includes forming, placing and finishing concrete as needed for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, retainer walls, cheekwalls, footings and steps.
