The City of New Haven is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure qualified services for comprehensive Workers’ Compensation and Risk Management support. The selected service provider will assist the City in managing and mitigating workplace injury claims, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and implementing proactive strategies to enhance overall employee health and safety.

The provider will work closely with city personnel—including designated management analysts and risk management staff—to deliver coordinated case management, data-driven injury trend analysis, and risk control programs. These efforts will include conducting safety audits, developing and administering training sessions, maintaining regulatory compliance documentation, and optimizing return-to-work processes.
