SummaryThe City of Winter Park ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide task-based parks, stormwater, and aquatic services at park facilities, natural areas, aquatic systems, and restoration sites throughout the City. The intent of this solicitation is to pre-qualify a pool of contractors and establish one (1) or more contracts for five (5) task groups consisting of related services.
Under the Task Authorization process outlined in this solicitation, Contractors may participate in one (1) or more task groups for which they are qualified and will competitively bid on individual projects on an as-needed basis through task authorizations.
BackgroundThe City manages public parks, shoreline access areas, stormwater infrastructure, boardwalks, docks, wetlands, and aquatic restoration sites. Routine inspection, maintenance, debris removal, and ecological restoration are necessary to:
