Nissan OEM Parts ad Services 25-060-00

Description

It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions describe within this RFQ for the
retail supply of Nissan motor parts supplies and service required by the City of Oakland (City)
Public Works Equipment Services Division.

The City intends to award a 5-year contract not to exceed $250,000.00 for the entire contract period to a qualified bidder whose response conforms to the RFQ and meets the City’s requirements. The city doesn’t commit or a promise to spend, it is an estimated amount for the entire life of the contract.

The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid proposal described herein. This Request For
Quote and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified
below: (Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents, and should follow
the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid proposal. Please, avoid
mistakes, read the documents identified herein.)
