Description: Kaysville City is requesting proposals from qualified audiovisual integrators to replace and upgrade systems in the City Council Chambers, Council Conference Room, Staff Conference Room, and Police Department Emergency Operations Center. An optional pre-proposal site walk will be held on September 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Proposals are due September 30, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Publication Date/Time: 8/17/2026 12:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 9/30/2026 5:00 PM Qualifications: Relevant experience with municipal council chambers, public meeting spaces, or emergency operations centers. Firms must have applicable manufacturer certifications, local or regional service capability, and provide three references for comparable projects completed within the last five years. Special Requirements: Proposals must include the required compliance matrix, standardized pricing matrix, equipment list, project schedule, support information, and all other items identified in the RFP. Miscellaneous: Questions are due September 21, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time and remain valid for at least 120 days.
