Summary

Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services, in coordination with Zone 7 staff to complete a wholesale treated water rate study to set rates for calendar years 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030. In addition, the consultant shall complete an untreated water rate study to set rates for calendar year 2027 or multiple years, if determined to be feasible. Proposals must be submitted through the E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/zone7water , no later than 2:00 pm on Monday, January 12, 2026 .

Background

The Agency's last treated and untreated water rate study was completed in 2022 to set annual water rates through calendar year 2026.
