Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-072, Operational Street Maintenance District 2. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday October 15, 2025. The City of Waco Operational Street Maintenance District 2 consists of concrete pedestrian and street improvement elements including ADA ramps, sidewalk, curb & gutter replacement, concrete fillets, and concrete valley gutters on various streets in District 2.
