Project Description: The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Water Pollution Control Utility (“WPCU”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide municipal sludge transportation and disposal or beneficial use services for sludge generated at the Fairfield Water Pollution Control Facility (“WPCF”), located at 330 Richard White Way (also known as One Rod Highway), Fairfield, Connecticut. The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, regulatory compliance measures, and associated services necessary for the lawful transportation and final beneficial use or disposal of municipal sewage sludge generated by the WPCF.
