Revision of the “ASPHALT SURFACE TREATMENT

AGGREGATE TYPE AND APPLICATION RATES” provision

to include the appropriate information in the Seal Types and

Material Application Rates table from Sheet 9 of the Combined

Plan Set.

Please void the above listed pages from your proposal and staple the revised pages, found

in the addendum attachment, thereto.

Note that this change does not impact the existing electronic bidding file. Continue to use

the existing electronic bidding file for all bid submissions associated with this proposal.

The contract will be prepared accordingly.
