NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract 2026 FORD F-550 4X2 SD XL DIESEL ALUMINUM VACUUM TRUCK 26-061-FM on or before August 4, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at steven.pasko@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bids to furnish and deliver one (1) new Ford F-550 4x2 SD XL diesel aluminum liquid vacuum truck or equivalent. The awarded bidder shall provide a manufacturer’s warranty and be responsible for all title work. Truck requires an IL “M” plate.” The awarded bidder shall ship F.O.B. Destination to the DuPage County Facilities Department at 180 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Awarded bidder shall provide a delivery timeline with submission after award. If proposing an equivalent, provide specifications with submission.
