Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:

60        LF        6’ x 1’ Precast Concrete Box Culvert

36        LF        Remove Curb and Gutter

36        LF        Concrete Curb and Gutter

23        CY        Class III Fieldstone Riprap

45        SY        Bituminous Patch

Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Mahtomedi shall comply with the provisions of the statute.

The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
