Conditions of Invitation to BidTerms of AgreementThis service is for a two (2) year base period Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027,and (FY28) July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028.Liability of Cost and ResponsibilityCCWD is not responsible for any costs incurred in preparing a response to this ITB. All expenses associatedwith responding shall be borne solely by submitting individual or organization. Respondents shall holdCCWD harmless from any liability, claims, or expenses arising from or related to their participation in thisprocess. All materials submitted become the property of CCWD.InsuranceCCWD has implemented an insurance compliance program requiring all vendors providing products orservices to maintain appropriate insurance coverage before any agreement is issued. Once the mostresponsive bidder is identified, that vendor will have 15 days from selection to submit all requiredinsurance documents, following the provided samples, and to register with CCWD’s insurancecompliance tracking system, MyCOI. Failure to provide the required insurance documentation within thistimeframe may result in the bid being deemed unresponsive.Page 2 of 4Business LicenseBusiness licenses will be verified with the issuing agencies and references will be checked.Prevailing WagePursuant to Section 1770, et seq., of the California Labor Code, the successful bidder shall pay not lessthan the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the CaliforniaDepartment of Industrial Relations.
