Contractor shall be fully capable dealer, distributors, or manufacturers who are primarily engaged in the warehousing, distribution, and sale of aftermarket automotive and/or light - heavy truck parts as specified in this solicitation. 2. Only authorized dealers/sellers will be eligible to provide products on behalf of the manufacturer through this solicitation. The City may request, and the Contractor shall provide, supporting information and/or documentation attesting to the requirement. By submitting a response, Contractor affirms that it satisfies this and all criteria specified in the solicitation documents. 3. Failure to be in compliance with the items above within this solicitation at the time of bid opening may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive. Failure to supply any supporting information and/or documentation within three (3) business days of a request by the City may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive. 4. Contractor should have proven experience with a minimum of 3 governmental contracts in past 10 years, and submit documentation confirming past contracts at time of bid submittal.
