Corridors of Commerce Project 4 Readiness Advancement – for Planning and Project Development to improve Highway 15 from Highway 23 to Highway 10

Brief Description: Minnesota (MN) Highway 15 functions as a Principal Arterial supporting local and regional mobility, including freight, recreational, commuter, pedestrian, and other non-motorized travel. The corridor is experiencing an increase in crashes as well as growing concerns related to access management and overall mobility. These emerging issues highlight the need for a comprehensive evaluation and strategic planning effort to ensure the corridor continues to operate safely and efficiently.
