Overview

Summary

Remove existing roof system down to lightweight concrete deck. Remove existing gutters. Install new single-ply roof membrane and flashing membrane to roof area. Refasten wood nailers along the perimeter and replace any deteriorated wood nailers with like and kind. Install new clad edge metal with cleat, gutters, downspouts, splash blocks and sheet metal components.
