Worker's Compensation RFP Bid No: 121724-WComp RFP Read details. 121724-WComp RFP Document SEALED Proposals for County Worker’s Compensation Insurance will be received at the Office of the County Controller either mailed or delivered to 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301, until 11:00 A.M. Prevailing Time on Tuesday December 17th, 2024, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and names only will be read aloud therein. Late proposals will not be accepted. All proposals must be submitted as ONE ORIGINAL & TWO UNBOUND COPIES according to the specifications. The above-mentioned RFP document may be obtained on or before Wednesday November 27th 2024 from the Washington County website at Washington County PA: Official Website (washingtoncopa.gov). Vendors receiving bid documents are responsible for checking for all contract changes and addenda at the website. The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals. Interested parties may email any written request for clarifications or information to the Washington County Purchasing Office to Dalton Thompson at dalton.thompson@co.washington.pa.us or to Randy Vankirk at vankirkr@co.washington.pa.us. Any requests for clarifications are due to be received no later than December 9th, 2024. Inquiries will not be accepted orally or via phone.
