Description: BLDG2025-004 City of Waukegan Grass Cutting and Debris Removal Services The City of Waukegan is inviting applications from companies that are willing provide grass cutting and debris removal services at the prices set forth in this RFQ. The Building & Code Department desires to create a list of eligible grass cutting and debris removal companies that will charge standard pricing that may be used to cut grass and remove debris from private property at the City’s direction. The Building & Code Department will refer to the list of registered companies that have met the Department’s established criteria when seeking the services.
