For purpose of receipt time, the senttimestamp from the bidder’s email account will be used and an email receipt confirmation will be sent tosubmitter.Briefly, the work is described as: providing new split system direct expansion heat pump systemsin selected locations at five district schools. The project includes all necessary equipment,refrigerant piping, control/signal wiring, condensate drainage systems; electrical upgradesincluding wiring and circuit installation, to support the new heat pumps; roofing modifications;and architectural finish repairs and alterations; perform Testing and Commissioning.
