Summary

The City of Sierra Vista Fire and Medical Services is seeking to award a contract to one to three qualified Arizona physician(s) or clinic(s) to provide annual Fire personnel physicals per Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1582 guidelines. The City seeks to award a 3-year contract with an option to renew the contract for two additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed five (5) total contract years.
