NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract GRUNDFOS PACO CHILLED
WATER PUMP 26-052-FM on or before July 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including
specifications, may be obtained by email at steven.pasko@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com .
All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking bids to furnish and deliver one (1) Grundfos
PACO 6015-7 LF base mounted, end-suction chilled water pump. The awarded bidder shall provide a
factory standard warranty. The County shall accept no substitutions. The awarded bidder shall ship F.O.B
Destination to the DuPage County Power Plant located at 410 N. County Farm Wood, Wheaton, IL 60187.

The County shall install the pump. The awarded bidder shall schedule startup with the manufacturer’s
representative after the pump is fully installed, piped, wired, and ready for operation by the County. Startup
shall include checking for proper installation, pump and motor alignment, motor amperage, rotation check,
seal inspection, and operational testing. The awarded bidder shall provide a written startup report after
completion of startup.
