Scope of Services
Brevard County is seeking an Investment Advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, (“SEC”) interested in serving as an Investment Manager for the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners (“Board”), to provide advice to the County on its “Long Term Core Investments Portfolio” and the “Long Term Multi-Asset Class Portfolio.” The County’s Short-Term Portfolio is managed by the Brevard County Finance Department, which invests the Short Term (less than 1 year) and bond proceeds.
