Summary

The County of San Mateo, County Executive's Office, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to undertake research in order to determine available types of public board meeting solution in the market. Firms that meet the Minimum Qualifications are encouraged to submit for this RFI.

No contract will be awarded as part of this RFI. The showcase will be purely for research to inform the development of a RFP for the County of San Mateo.

The submittals will be evaluated by subject matter experts and up to five (5) solutions maybe be invited to present at the demonstration, if needed.
