Description: The City of High Point, Public Services Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and materials necessary to to assess, maintain, and repair valves within the water distribution system. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 11, 2026, in the Purchasing Division, 816 East Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260. A non mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, February 18 at 2:00 PM in the Municipal Operations Training room located at 816 E Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260, (Come through the guard gate, go to the stop sign and make a left. The MOC training room is located at the top of the stairs of the Health and Safety office. Parking will be on your left). City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions, including MWBE requirements. All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based upon a full understanding of project specifications.
